Le grew up in Des Moines, IA, where she first attended bible studies after several invitations from a friend. She had very little knowledge of the Gospel prior to this and was brought out of darkness, giving her life to Christ and was baptized in 1999. 

She has her Bachelor's degree in Textiles & Clothing from Iowa State University and pursued a career in production with Hickey Freeman in Rochester, NY before eventually moving back to Iowa.

Le joined FCA in 2014, working alongside her husband, Noah, and they currently reside in Gainesville with their sons, Isaac and Sammy.
