Crystal has come back home to Lake City, FL and to FCA.  Her high school sweetheart and husband of 24 years (Skipper Hair) previously worked with FCA traditional and FCA Outdoors, so Crystal left her dance teaching job to partner with Skipper in full time ministry.  Skipper was also hired to be the Director at Camp Anderson in Old Town and was going to infuse FCA camps into the campground.

In late July 2021, Skipper and Crystal both got Covid.  After Skipper's 56th day fight with Covid, he went to be with Jesus.  Crystal stepped into the Director role at the camp for two years, and recently felt God calling her back to FCA.  Her background is in teaching, coaching, and mentoring girls in cheer, dance, and character coaching.  Crystal loves the FCA ministry and is so happy to be home with her support system and family.

Crystal's life verse is Proverbs 3:5-6.  She loves the Lord and wants everyone to know that God can turn your pain into purpose, just Trust Him.
