Jen grew up in Ocala, FL where she was raised in church and attended the school that her church had founded.  Although raised in church and having head knowledge of God, Jen would say that she gave her life to Jesus at 17 and has been growing closer ever since.

From 3 years old to graduating at 17, she enjoyed being in the drama club, various service clubs, and was even a part of her FCA group.  Jen went on to Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL where she got her Bachelor of Arts degree in General Communication with a minor in Bible and Theatre.  She also met her husband there and married Jordan Potter on January 11th, 2020.

After Jordan accepted the call on his life to be in ministry and they had given over control to God, Eden Baptist Church called Jordan and asked him for an interview.  As soon as they entered that beautiful little church in Brooksville, they knew this was what God had for them.  Moving to Brooksville in June of 2021, Jordan became the Associate Pastor of Students and started helping at FCA Huddles.

When Jen heard that FCA Hernando County needed an Administrator, she offered up her resume. Jen has enjoyed getting to help God's Kingdom flourish behind the scenes of FCA since March of 2023.
